Halo 4 - Spartan Ops medals

Does anybody know how I can access the list of medals I have earned in Spartan Ops?
I know that I can use Halo Waypoint, but some time ago I stumbled across a list accessible in-game.

You can't I'm afraid. I think you might have found commendations, but Waypoint is the only way to view your medals, which are a different thing.
