What Genres of Video Game do you prefer?

Halo notwithstanding, what game genres do you like the most for your consoles? Is it fantasy? FPS? Action-Adventure?

First Person Shooter games are my favorite. It just gets my adrenaline up when I am on a kill streak. Have you played the Game of Thrones video game?

From TellTale? Yeah. I have. It's actually not bad. There's plenty of worse games out there.

I've been in to all sorts down the years but as the PC gaming market has died down and seems to have lost a lot of it's imagination I find myself going back to online multiplayer First Person Shooters quite a lot. I used to play CS Source back in the day but slowly lost interest. I decided to check out the latest incarnation CS:GO. I must say they've done a great job of it!

Of course I still play Halo too.

I used to play a lot of MMO's like WoW and Guild-Wars 2 but I gave up because they just consumed too much of my time.

So yeh FPS at the moment for me, with perhaps a bit of Strategy gaming once in a while. I'm really looking forward to Warhammer Total War at the moment.
