Xur, Agent of the Nine.
He's a merchant who shows up from reset time Thursday (going into Friday morning) and stays until Saturday's refresh (going into sunday)
He always has a rotating stock of goods, and then columns of upgrades to old exotics (Pre-DLC) and then two-to-three types of telemetries (experience boosters for weapons) and then two different engines (For Sparrows, Pre-DLC). He can or can not carry "Heavy" Ammo Synthesis for 1 coin per 5, too. When he has them I stock up.
