Master Chief
Bungie may have left the Halo series behind, but they certainly haven't forgotten their legacy. Astute players exploring on the planet Mars may find a tower that, when looked upon from the correct angle, resembles the Master Chief's helmet.

The head can be spotted by traveling through The Garden's Spire mission on Mars. Follow the mission prompts until you reach the ambush at the huge red door.

Head left relative to the gate and you'll find a small blue-lit door.

Pass through it and down a tunnel to a second door into Trenchworks. The tower is in the courtyard beyond.

Pass to the far side of it and turn around to see the Chief.

The head was originally identified by Reddit user SmokingGhost.

There are more quotes and easter eggs then just that - From IGN, along with what you had posted already such as the fan and balls:

If there’s one thing we know about Bungie, it’s that they’re obsessed with the number 7. Bungie day is on July 7th, and time and time again you see it pop up in their game design. Destiny is no exception. In the tower you can find 7 unexplained coins just... laying around. Bungie has acknowledged that they exist, but no explanation has been given as to what their purpose is. Now if only they'd tell us why they’re there. Maybe we’ll never know. Or maybe they're there for no reason at all.

3) The End Credits

06:40

Sir Paul McCartney composed a song for Destiny and it’s surprisingly somewhat hidden. We’re calling this a secret because to access it you need to first complete the game and then access the credits menu via a relatively obscure icon on the world map. Once you watch for awhile the song by the former Beatle himself will begin to play.

4) The Soccer Ball and the Purple Ball

Found in the tower are two of the most commonly seen items being kicked around by players. The Soccer ball can be found by a few crates to the left of where you spawn. The purple ball can be seen on the crates to the right of the bounty board. Kick it around and see who joins in.

5) The Fan

While we’re in the tower, be sure you check out the fan. Get a few friends to jump on the roof where the mailman sits and get them to sit or stand on the fan that's on the roof. Once they’re sitting, run to the top of the stairs beside that location and hit the switch to make them float into the air. It’s a goofy way to kill some time while your teammates cash in their bounties.

6) Glitching into DLC Areas

Destiny: How to glitch into the House of Wolves DLC Today
02:04

While we’ll probably know what’s supposed to in these spots by December, there are a few areas you can jump into on Earth and Venus and get an idea of what’s to come before they’ve actually been opened. They can be seen through some careful jumping or glitching, but keep in mind that all these areas are very unfinished.

7) The Loot Cave

Destiny - Destiny - Haunted Loot Cave Easter Egg
01:07

The infamous loot cave. So many people were using this method to collect engrams that Bungie had to patch it out of the game. What did they replace it with? A pile of bones that speaks to you when you touch it.
And that’s 7 easter eggs and secrets you can see in Destiny. Did we miss any? Let us know about them in the comments below and for more on Destiny you’re already in the right place. IGN.
