Do you think Activision will have a negative impact?

Since Bungie has a 10 year contract with Activision, do you think there will be negative repercussions? I ask because word around the campfire is that Activision has made developers they publish rush projects and make decisions they otherwise wouldn't. I personally think Destiny will be an awesome game regardless of the publisher, and they'll probably give a developer of Bungie's stature more leeway.
