Hey I'm starting a youtube channel to discuss and post level design theories.
This is the first theory so expect it to be a rough idea, it will be improved on in the future.
Feel free to add any feedback or constructive criticism that comes to mind.

To me, how I predict map flow is simple: I learn the map by learning key points (as is listed in your video) and then I learn players habits (after death, which way do they run) type of thing. I sit in the less populated corridors on crouch and shotgun melee people, or pistol them from far away. I find it's effective to stay crouched nearly all the time. Don't confuse this with camping; I'm constantly on the move.

Playtesting a map is one of the best ways to predict map flow. The best method is to assemble what you think works in Forge, and then get a few friends together to stage a short game of Slayer, or another objective-based gametype depending on what the map is for. This is obviously why linear maps are much easier to make.

The revamp is complete!
Ooops I did it again.
Please don't tell me I'm in a Ghost Town :(
So sad that Halo CE for PC is ending in a few days.
Time to start gearing up for Destiny, I guess
